Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for SPF Equine Bodywork Sessions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. To ensure the smooth operation of our equine bodywork sessions and to respect the time of both our practitioners and clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Advance Notice: We kindly request that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of equine bodywork sessions. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late cancellations. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing any prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show." Cancellation Fees: Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be determined based on the specific circumstances and will be communicated to the client. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can happen. In case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to reschedule appointments within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability. Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated directly to Maggie Tinajero at (409) 221-7904.
